I’m Katie Noble. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in empowering runners to be healthy, happy, and as fast as they want to be.
When I was a young runner, I had many unanswered questions about my health, wellness, and ability to run well. This led me to prioritize short-term performance over long-term health, which inevitably led to physical injury and mental burnout. If I had gotten these questions addressed early in my running career, I would have had a better chance at avoiding injury and being healthier, happier, and faster in the long term.
Now, I will help others do better.
After earning a doctorate level education and a journalism degree, I am now the healthcare resource and communicator I once needed as a runner. All of my running, education, and life experience has led me here, to be able to help runners better understand their bodies, their struggles, and themselves more clearly. When we understand ourselves, we gain a platform from which to heal from injury, maintain our health, and gain critical education along the way.
If you have questions about your health and running, please read on. Don’t hesitate to contact me with questions. I want my website and services to help you be healthy, do what you love, and have the life you want.
I live where I work. It’s a reason I am so passionate about what I do; it is intertwined into my community. I proudly serve the upper Thumb of Michigan, including all of Huron County: Bad Axe, Caseville, Elkton, Harbor Beach, Kinde, Owendale, Pigeon, Port Austin, Sebewaing, and Ubly.
