I’m Katie Noble. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in empowering runners to be happy, healthy and fast. The barriers young female runners face are the same I experienced decades ago. It’s time to take down these barriers through targeted health education, empowerment, discussion, and connection.
